How does one top the wedding of the year? Why, with the honeymoon of the year, of course. Now that the bubbly from their extravagant weekend nuptials has settled, newlyweds Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are in serious need of some alone time.
The couple could have chosen anywhere in the world to spend their first night together as husband and wife. But, instead of opting for the the pale pink sands of Seychelles, or the glitz and glamour of Monaco, Kimye will be honeymooning in the dreary Irish countryside.
Where will they stay? In a 12th century castle-turned luxury five-star resort, of course.

The couple jetted from Florence to the Irish city of Cork, where they touched down at a quiet airport yesterday afternoon. From there, they were whisked away by limo to Castlemartyr, the ultra-luxe estate they're expected to call home for the next four nights.
West has a warm history with Ireland, having celebrated his 35th birthday there in 2012. He's even stayed at Castlemartyr in the past. (The estate has previously hosted other celebrities, including Jay Z and Beyonce, Bill Clinton, and Bruce Springsteen.)
The couple's stay at the resort is expected to last less than a week, since according to reports, they're expected to attend Kanye's stylist's wedding in Prague next weekend. At $3,700 a night -- after a wedding that cost millions -- Kanye is undoubtedly breathing a sigh of relief. (Oh No They Didn't)
