Rita Ora Sprouts Rainbow Braids, Unicorns Rejoice

Nothing puts a smile on our rainy-Wednesday faces quite like a surprise debut of multicolored hair. And, that's true even if it's not someone's real locks. We realize the unicorn-toot-colored braids Rita Ora wore in concert weren't growing out of her head — which makes us love them even more. Girlfriend wove yellow, green, pink, and blue plaits into her own short, blonde bob, creating a breathtaking array of Crayola-inspired hair magic.
This is a great way for anyone to get into the pastel-hair trend without fully committing. Whether you hair-chalk a few of your own strands or incorporate some already-dyed synthetic pieces into your braids, alt hair dye doesn't need to cover one's entire head. This is especially helpful if you're not sure you want such bright colors right against your face — kind of like how ombré lets people go blonde without having to worry about it clashing with their complexion. So, with that said, is this the ombré of the future? Discuss.
