This Wildfire Wedding In Oregon Tops All

At first glance, this looks like a snap of Scarlett O'Hara and Rhett Butler in that famous scene in Gone With The Wind. Or, maybe a real-life Cam and Mitchell. Both so close, but not quite. Meet Mr. and Mrs. Wolber, newlyweds who might go down in nuptial history for having the most dramatic (non-fictional) wedding photos of all time — in front of a real wildfire.
Fire marshals interrupted their walk down the aisle during their afternoon ceremony on a ranch in Bend, OR. With the Two Bulls wildfire fast approaching, the entire party had to evacuate, fast. The guests and family relocated the ceremony to a park in downtown Bend to finish the vows. But, in the midst of the tragedy, (and once the guests were safe), the couple and photographer Josh Newton stayed behind for a (hot) session in front of the distant flames.
