The most amusing part of the Shakira baby rumors is how different they are from any other celebrity's. For most famous folk, the tip-off that they're expecting is a purported baby-bump sighting. For Shakira, it's the fact that "she toned down her trademark belly dancing during her performance at the World Cup closing ceremony." Or, so claims the Mirror. We guess heavy rhythmic torso gyrations are a no-no when you're expecting.

Shakira has yet to announce the news to her 101 million Facebook fans. She did, however, share a photo of the outfit that sparked the rumors on Instagram. The red dress, which consists of sequin strips and nude mesh, is noted as being "more conservative" than the singer's usual getups, perhaps to hide her stomach.
