How Gwyneth Paltrow Gooped A Pair Of Jeans

When normal people buy jeans, they tend to go for classic styles (sometimes with rips and paint splatters, sure) that easily fit into their day-to-day. When Gwyneth Paltrow buys baby blues, she goes the more formal route and, as always, opts for brands that are sustainable. This is evidenced by her latest collaboration with Korean-based, eco-friendly line Troa Jeans on goop.com.
Featuring tuxedo-like accents on a skinny silhouette, these jeans are made from a paper-making practice called hanji, which creates the hanjisa material that's softer than cotton and strong enough to hold its shape. Plus, each pair is hand-dyed using all-natural vegetable-based substances, so no two sets are alike — that's why they ring in for a cool $295. Scope 'em out here, or shop the fancy pants, straight ahead.
