Jennifer Aniston Loses It During ALS Challenge With Justin Theroux

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge is certainly a good barometer for how people act under pressure. Some freak out. Some are stoic. And, some, like Jennifer Aniston, just completely lose their shit.

The former Friends star took part in the challenge after being nominated by fiancé Justin Theroux. In a video posted on YouTube, Theroux himself is there to do the dirty (but oh so satisfying) work of heaving a bucket of ice water over his future wife's head.

Aniston, looking appropriately low-key in glasses and a headband, is in full panic mode here. (Girl, it's water, not a ticking bomb.) She hilariously rushes through her nominations (including Courteney Cox, Chelsea Handler, and Howard Stern) and mentions that she's also made a "huge, ginormous donation."

Then...splash!

The actress' ice bath is punctuated by shrieks along the lines of "this is the worst" and "take it away." To be honest, we'd expect nothing less from Rachel Green.
