Hollywood To Kanye: You’re Not Funny

It's hard out there for a self-proclaimed deity. Yeezy may be a God, but he is not a movie star. Yet, at least.

Sources say that Kanye West would like to star in a comedy film. He apparently caught the acting bug after filming a cameo appearance in Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues (one that we completely forgot about, in all honesty). The silver screen appearance was brief, though the character was still very Kanye: abrasive, self-righteous, and kind of mean.

Anyway, even though he hasn't had much acting experience, Kanye sees himself as funny, and that's all that matters, really. Even if most of the laughs he generates are unintentional.

The dream weavers of Tinseltown, however, do not see the raw comedic potential Mr. West believes himself to possess. "He's told his agent to find him a role in a big comedy, but so far no one is interested," a source told OK! magazine.
