The bad news however? They've already sold — and sold out — like hotcakes. Regardless, we've linked ahead to all the elegant Palermo-approved stilettos in the slides. It's a tale a old as time. Girl loves shoe brand. Girl wears brand's shoes all the time. Shoe brand asks girl to collaborate on her own personal capsule collection. Okay, it's not exactly everyone's storyline, but for some style stars — namely Olivia Palermo — the switch from fangirl to collaborator is not so far-fetched. The newlywed has just announced that she's planning to release a capsule collection this fall with Aquazzura.

The partnership, as WWD reports, comes after years of Palermo loyalty to the label. "Olivia basically has been our unofficial ambassador," Aquazzura founder Edgardo Osorio said, perhaps citing the feathery stilettos she recently sported to the CFDA awards in June. For Olivia's latest shoe-design reveal — she's collaborated with Stuart Weitzman in the past — the former reality star plans to introduce six styles, including one showpiece that's inspired by a vintage necklace. Think: jewelry for your heels, that's way more statement-making than those teensy anklet chains you'd ultimately loose on a beach every summer.
The Aquazzura x Olivia Palermo pairs will range from $600 to $1,625 — usual fare for the brand's sexy, sky-high soles — and will release in September at select retailers, including Net-A-Porter, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Holt Renfrew. Click on for a few sketches of the steppers from Aquazzura's ultimate devotee. We're pretty sure this tale ends with the girl and her shoe brand living happily ever after. (WWD)
