Last week, CBS canceled a pre-recorded segment featuring Rihanna that was set to run before Thursday Night Football. The network was planning to debut the new TNF theme song, "Run This Town," a collaboration between RiRi and Jay Z. Instead, the network aired additional Ray Rice coverage. CBS didn't entirely peg the program's removal to Rihanna's history with domestic violence, but it admitted her incident with Chris Brown played into the decision.
This morning, Rihanna responded to CBS on her Twitter account. And, she did not mince words:
CBS you pulled my song last week, now you wanna slide it back in this Thursday? NO, Fuck you! Y'all are sad for penalizing me for this.

She followed up that thought with an additional comment:
The audacity...

CBS had not made any official announcements that this Thursday's broadcast would include the song. But, Rihanna's tweet seems to suggest the network had planned to run her segment in future editions of Thursday Night Football. CBS has yet to respond with a public statement, but strong tweets from Rihanna are impossible to ignore.
