Photo: BEImages/Jim Smeal.Kim Kardashian, Rihanna, and Gabrielle Union are the latest victims of an online privacy hack. TMZ reports nudes of Kardashian were posted on Reddit's 4chan on Saturday. Though the photos were promptly removed, the incident speaks to an ongoing, larger problem with cyber security.
Rihanna, too, was a target of the attack. Two pictures of the singer appeared on 4chan early this morning. The images were reportedly taken during a fitting, one of which had censored her breasts.
Though Kardashian and Rihanna have not yet addressed the situation, Gabrielle Union and Dwayne Wade released a joint statement about the violation of her privacy, calling the parties responsible "vultures."
"I can't help but to be reminded that since the dawn of time, women and children, specifically women of color, have been victimized, and the power over their own bodies taken from them. These atrocities against women and children continue worldwide," she continued. She also made it clear her team would be contacting the FBI.
The couple also sent their support to those affected. "We send or love, support, and prayers. We have done nothing wrong."
