Emma Watson's speech for the UN's #HeForShe campaign inspired men all over the world — including Harry Styles and Jared Leto — to play their part in gender equality. That inspiration has extended to a 15-year-old student in England, who's taken it upon himself to share his views on women's rights.
Ed Holtom, a schoolboy at St. Albans school in Hertfordshire, submitted a letter to The Telegraph saying he agreed with Watson's speech and felt "disappointed by how ignorant some of the other boys in my class were about it." In his opinion, feminism is a simple, straightforward concept we ought to all embrace. And, adding to Watson's speech, he suggested we all "make an active decision to change our language" as a key step in achieving gender equality.
