Amanda Bynes was arrested Sunday morning for a DUI. The incident occurred five months after her license was reinstated. The 28-year-old actress was taken into custody after she was stopped outside of Los Angeles at approximately 3 a.m., when California Highway Patrol suspected she was driving under the influence. Bynes was charged with a misdemeanor and held on $15,000 bail. She was released later that day.

Bynes has struggled with substance abuse in the past. In 2012, she was arrested for a DUI and spent three years on probation.
People reports Bynes was living with her parents taking fashion design classes at the time of the arrest. (People)
