The Unexpected Accessory That Can Make Your Look

If you think it's tough to get excited about a belt, we hear ya. We don't think any child has ever asked Santa for one. Nor have they squealed a meme-worthy squeal whilst unwrapping a foot or so of leather or canvas. We, on the other hand, found ourselves swooning for the belts from Miu Miu's spring '15 collection. The range offered a bit of everything, each look contributing to the hodge-podge of well-designed separates.

There were feminine frills, tailored-and-printed overcoats, luxe leather pieces, vertical stripes, and then, of course, the belts. They came printed, thick, and in living color. There were plaid belts and belts in blue camo. Instead of making a look feel over the top, though, the bold-colored cinches somehow pulled everything together. And, we love that we can replicate this easily with bright belts found at any department store. If we got our hands on the Miu Miu versions, though, we might just shriek like kids on Christmas morning.
