This New Online Shop Makes French-Girl Style Easy

Though born and raised in New York, you could easily mistake Ulla Johnson's creative vision for that of a native Parisian. We think it has something to do with her childhood travels to many a far-flung destination with her archaeologist parents.
In the ten-plus years since launching her eponymous label, the Brooklyn-based designer has gained a loyal following of fans and stockists — Barneys New York among them. And, it's her custom prints, intricate embroideries, and fine tailoring that are drawing enthusiastic comparisons to acclaimed French designers such as Isabel Marant.
Now, there's even more to love: In September she made her New York Fashion Week debut (it was lovely, by the way) and this week, Johnson launched e-commerce on her website. Meaning now you can shop the designer's entire fall collection straight from the source. Though, fair warning: The slideshow ahead is sure to cause a serious case of wardrobe envy.
