The wait is over. Today, adidas released images of its new collaboration with It-Brit designer Mary Katrantzou. As expected, the print-happy Katrantzou added her kaleidoscopic touch to sporty bomber jackets, neoprene dresses and sweatshirts, and the athletic brand's signature sneakers. In fact, her presence is so pronounced, we wouldn't have been surprised to see these pieces sprinting (okay, walking) down her runway.
Although it was announced back in April, this is the first look at the collab to date. The verdict: This is really, really amazing news for those hoping to nab a Katrantzou original at a fraction of the cost. It's also safe to say Katrantzou has landed herself a place among the ranks of her predecessors, Stella McCartney, Raf Simons, and Jeremy Scott. This line's set to conquer the après-gym circuit, one shoe at a time.
