Today in news that will not shock you at all: Juan Pablo Galavis and his quasi-fiancée Nikki Ferrell have officially broken up. The two met on ABC's romantic farce, The Bachelor, and found like (not love; Juan Pablo would not commit to that l-word) after he was blown off by several of his other suitors. We were shocked by Nikki's supposed happiness at being the one to get the ring back then, and we continue to be shocked that it lasted this long.
One of the reasons the Juan Pablo/Nikki relationship continued is because the couple went on to appear on VH1's Couples Therapy. According to Us Weekly, "[O]n the October 8 episode, Ferrell broke down in tears, lamenting to the professional counselor, 'I feel like why give someone 100%, if they're not giving you 100%?'" To this, Juan Pablo added, "She wants to hear 'I love you.' It's a word issue. If I say it, I mean it."

So, you could say this breakup has been in the cards for a while now. Ferrell confirmed it with a cryptic Instagram post that reads, "Isn't it pathetic how we waste so much time on certain people, and in the end they prove that they weren't even worth a second of it." In the caption, she added, "Nope not one single second."
Galavis tweeted, "Sometimes you WIN, sometimes you LOSE...You will ALWAYS learn..."
