Jake Gyllenhaal has had his share of high-profile relationships. He's dated Kirsten Dunst, Reese Witherspoon, and Taylor Swift, and is said to have split with model Alyssa Miller while filming Southpaw. Apparently, the Nightcrawler star is looking to couple up once again.
The lady who appears to have caught Gyllenhaal's eye is Ruth Wilson, his costar in the upcoming Broadway play Constellations. Page Six reports that he's been getting "cozy" with the British actress, who is best known for her work in Luther and The Affair. In case you're wondering what "cozy" translates to, allow us to illuminate: Basically they've gone out for meals and have linked arms at parties. Sexy.
We have noticed Wilson and Gyllenhaal looking chummy on the red carpet lately, but that doesn't necessarily mean a romance is afoot. The 32-year-old brunette has been linked to Jude Law in the past, so dating a Hollywood hunk isn't out of the question. Maybe she'll at least be Jake's Oscars date in a couple of months?
