Dustin Diamond, who played Screech on Saved By the Bell was reportedly arrested in Wisconsin early this morning. According to TMZ, Diamond was put behind bars for "allegedly endangering someone's life with a switchblade."
The actor was arrested for possession of the switchblade, reckless endangerment, and carrying a concealed weapon. A source told TMZ the incident may have been the result of a bar fight. Diamond's bond is currently set at $1,000.
This arrest comes just a few months after the actor told The Daily Beast that he was trying to shed his reputation for being a jerk. He most recently made headlines after Mark-Paul Gosselaar (who played Zack Morris) and Breckin Meyer (of Clueless fame) called Diamond "negative" and "such a dick."
