Have a spare $2.35 million lying around? If so, you could be the proud owner of Leighton Meester's pre-Adam Brody bachelorette digs. Variety reports that the actress has put her four-bedroom home in the Valley up for sale. Located in celeb-approved Encino, the property was purchased back in 2011 by the then-single actress, who gave it a Blair Waldorf-worthy makeover. And, it looks like her good taste is paying off. She's set to make a profit of nearly $1 million on her original investment. Not too shabby!
Click through for a peek inside the chic abode, which comes complete with a spacious backyard pool area, a huge walk-in closet, and a cozy recording studio (where Meester no doubt worked on her stellar album, Heartstrings, and cover songs). We'd be sad to say goodbye to such a perfect house, but hey, going home to Adam Brody probably softens the blow.
