Is Kendall Jenner’s Bandanna The New Must-Have Accessory?

It feels as though Kendall Jenner has spent the past few days perpetually strutting down runways. Even when she’s not on a catwalk, though, she might as well be. While her off-duty style is always pretty much on-point, it was especially impressive this week.

Jenner was photographed yesterday morning "heading to work" — and by that, we mean "going backstage at Michael Kors" — in an outfit that was both coolly understated and seriously sleek. She wore a super-casual, heather-gray sweater and cropped, black trousers. These are the kind of wardrobe basics that aren’t exceptional alone, but become invaluable when you want to spotlight a statement piece. Case in point: Jenner’s dramatic, floor-sweeping coat, which did double duty by keeping her warm and doing the heavy lifting, style-wise. She topped it off with a blue handkerchief that, while technically a Saint Laurent paisley scarf, may as well have been a retro bandanna. It’s an accessory that’s been all over fashion week (shouts to Coach’s F/W 2015 collection), so you might considering stealing Jenner's look now. Because being ahead of the curve is fun.
