The couple announced their split in January 2014, but according to TMZ,
the 27-year-old cites their separation as far back as January 2013. The divorce
filing comes on the heels of rumors that Mike was partying it up with friends
in Beverly Hills, California.
It’s also reported that Hilary wants primary custody of Luca, the
couple’s almost 3-year-old son.
"They remain best friends and will continue to be in each other's
lives," Hilary's rep told People back in January 2014 at the time of their
split. "They are dedicated to loving and parenting their amazing son, and
ask for privacy at this time."
Not to make light of Hilary’s sad news, but a small piece of our adolescence
