J.Lawr Finally Gets Comfortable With Stairs In New Dior Ads

It’s crazy to think that it’s been a whole year since Jennifer Lawrence famously stumbled up the stairs on her way to accept up the Best Actress Oscar at the 2014 Academy Awards. And, in true J.Lawr style, today she's marking the occasion with a bit of high-fashion humor. The actress’ latest Be Dior ads debuted this morning on WWD, and in them, Lawrence shows the world that she’s moved past the slip-up to become casually comfortable with some very steep stairs.

Lensed by Italian photographer Paolo Roversi, the portraits feature the 24-year-old donning a handful of minimalist ensembles (including an amazing deep V-neck Dior dress) while posing gracefully with the fashion house’s latest handbag. She embodies nonchalant elegance in the images, and it's an instant reminder that we can always use more Jennifer Lawrence in our lives. Although the shots don’t entirely make up for the fact that the star was conspicuously absent from last night’s Oscars, they're definitely a (gorgeous) start.
