Kristen Bell’s Daughter Has Never Seen Frozen

We know that little Lincoln Shepard, Kristen Bell's oldest daughter, isn't quite yet two years old — her birthday is this month — but it's rather mind-blowing that she hasn't seen Frozen yet. How many kids do you know who can make that claim?
Never mind that Mama Bell voices Anna in the animated film.  "She's never seen Frozen," Bell told Us Weekly in a new interview. "She is not my biggest fan. She just doesn't know what I do for a living! She couldn’t care less. [It] is extremely humbling to come home to someone who couldn't care less about what you do!"  It's not that the actress and husband Dax Shepard are simply trying to curb a future Anna and Elsa fixation for their little ones. They're just trying to not raise two couch potatoes. "The APA [American Psychological Association] recommends that you let kids watch TV when they're two and a half, so we’re trying to follow that, which unfortunately is not realistic for all parents — I understand, we’re shooting for the moon," she explained to the magazine. "[It's also for] their imagination, just so they don’t become sedentary and used to zoning out to videos. But, she's certainly seen videos, she loves the hell out of Snoopy! But we're trying. She certainly hasn’t seen anything Frozen." Yet. Bell added that film's "sister themes" will resonate for Lincoln and baby sister Delta when they finally get to see the movie. "One day, when I show it to both my girls together, it will have significance to them and their dynamic," she said. "I’m really excited about that because I think it really says something really special about sisters."  Well, that's sweet. Guess we can forgive Mom and Dad for holding out on the most epic children's film of our time.
