Yes, we're all very excited about the new man in Britney Spears' life, Charlie Ebersol. Let's not forget about his predecessor, though. No, not that guy she was married to for, like, five minutes — K-Fed!
Kevin Federline, the former backup dancer who sashayed into Britney's heart back in the '00s, sat down with Access Hollywood to chat about his ex-wife. The couple were married from 2004 to 2007 in a union that produced two sons and countless trucker hats.
"That time, it's like a whirlwind,” said Federline, who is now married to Victoria Prince, of his romance with the pop star. "You know, you're thrown into this limelight...Everything kinda happened."
Despite the drama, Federline called the period "a good time in my life." That's mostly due to the births of sons Sean and Jayden, whom he co-parents with Spears.
"We have two beautiful children," he said. "The way that everything has turned out, everybody's happy. Co-parenting is going great. I can't complain.
"We talk when we need to, and it's always about the boys — mostly school stuff and making sure we stay on top of that," he added. "It's going great. I'm in a happy place right now."
