Penn Badgley is serving up some harsh truths about his time on Gossip Girl. Of all the girls he smooched on that show, one stands out as the best. She's also the worst. She's also his ex-girlfriend. You might know her better as Blake Lively. "I'll say Blake [was the best onscreen kiss] because we actually had a relationship at the time," Badgley told Andy Cohen on Wednesday's Watch What Happens Live. "And worst? Maybe Blake after we broke up."   Awkward. Still, the actor says he and Lively were "consummately professional" after they broke up on 2010. Considering their characters wound up together, that's probably for the best.
