Are Katie Holmes & Jamie Foxx Hooking Up?

According to the latest issue of People, Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are spending a lot of time together. Per the magazine's sources, said time is not entirely platonic. "Multiple sources confirm the pair have been spending time together for well over a year," People reports, "but it's nothing serious."  Now, before you ask, "Are there any anonymous sources making vague statements to back up this potentially specious claim?" the answer, of course, is YES. It's a "source with knowledge of the situation," too! Bless those sources, always willing to come forward with what they know, but not quite ready to reveal their identities. Anyway, onto that knowledge. "This is not some intense romance. Jamie and Katie are friends and have been for a long time. They are two adults who are attractive and single, and so apparently conclusions will be drawn. But, contrary to those conclusions, they're not about to run off and make some serious commitment," said the all-knowing source. Another insider told People that Holmes frequently visits Foxx at his home in Los Angeles and "they spend hours together at a time." What ever might they be doing? Tatting lace? Duetting on the glass armonica? Playing Stratego? The mind simply reels with possibilities of ways two adults could pass time together.  What both of these sources are taking a zillion vague words to say boils down to: Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have probably been hooking up, but maybe don't start any Pinterest boards with wedding ideas for them anytime soon.
