Justin
Bieber may have pledged to be in "a moment of change" during his now infamous Comedy Central Roast — "I look forward to being someone you’re proud of" — but it
seems the pop star still has a few past indiscretions following him around. The latest comes in the form of a brand spanking new lawsuit.

Toronto
limousine driver Abdul Mohar, who is asking for $850,000 in damages, claims that Bieber punched him repeatedly in the head during a December 2013
ride, People reports. Mohar told authorities that after picking up a group of six men via transportation app
Uber on December 30, 2013 in Toronto, a man he did not realize was Justin Bieber
until much later hit him numerous times because he refused to turn the music up
louder.

"I was like, 'What’s going on, is this guy out of
his mind?'" Mohar told the Toronto Star, while Bieber’s lawyer, Brian Greenspan, was quoted as calling the lawsuit
against his client "totally without merit."

Oh, Biebs. You’re really working hard at putting
the "brat" in Brat Pack, aren’t you?  At least there weren't eggs involved. This time.
