Did Kelly Osbourne Just Call Giuliana Rancic A Liar?

Kelly Osbourne has never been one to keep her opinions to herself. Really, it's what made her a celebrity. It shouldn't come as a surprise then that Ozzy's little girl isn't keeping quiet as her former Fashion Police co-host, Giuliana Rancic, embarks on a mea culpa tour. A quick recap: Rancic made an inappropriate remark about Zendaya's dreadlocks; Osbourne, and later Kathy Griffin, quit in protest; the show has gone on hiatus, and now Rancic is making the interview rounds explaining her side of the story. From our vantage point, it doesn't look like Osbourne is buying Rancic's defense that she was the victim of bad editing.  The former reality star took to Twitter to vent her frustrations. 

Now, maybe she's just making some general declaration. Maybe she has a beef with some other person. Maybe it's got nothing to do with Rancic. Or, maybe — just maybe — it seems like exactly the sort of thing the Kelly Osbourne we know would say at a time like this. OPENER IMAGE: Jim Smeal/BEImages.
