5 The Row-Worthy Design Picks That Have “MK&A” Written All Over Them

The Olsen twins reached next-level "cool grandma" status this past weekend, antiquing at Joel Chen's dauntingly chic L.A. showroom, JF Chen. They turned to Chen and a handful of other local dealers when furnishing the 3,800-square-foot Melrose Place The Row flagship last year, designed in collaboration with architect David Montalba and interior designer Courtney Applebaum.

The boutique, which sells furniture in addition to clothing and accessories, is flush with iconic midcentury design, including pieces by Paul McCobb, Jean Prouvé, and Illum Wikkelsø. And, it seems the twins are still keeping an eye out for better scores. Last weekend, the Olsens were back at it, hitting up Chen's showroom to take selfies and talk shop.
