Her mother is "momager" Kris Jenner, who uses son-in-law Kanye West's hit "Gold Digger" as a ringtone and "bogarts" her daughter's bodyguard. Her dad is Bruce Jenner, who is gearing up for his big Diane Sawyer interview. Her half-sisters are the toast of Armenia, her little sis is maybe dating the much-older Tyga, and she counts Justin Bieber as a close friend (wink?) and Yeezy as family.
So, perhaps GQ's May cover girl was stating the obvious when she said that her life of fame and fortune isn't exactly average.
"My life was always different growing up,” Jenner told the magazine. “I mean, even before the show, my dad was who he is. He’s an Olympic athlete. And, we were going to premieres, like Finding Nemo premieres, and we would be little kids, like, before the show, walking down the red carpet.
“It’s really weird," the 19-year-old catwalker added. "I understand that it’s not normal. But, it is normal.”
Kardashian-normal, as it were. For Jenner, that means being mobbed by fans outside the Balmain show in Paris, and essentially being forced to grow up on camera thanks to her family's Keeping Up with the Kardashians deal.
"We didn’t have a say," Jenner shared. "It was in our home. There was no way we couldn’t be on it...I was 10 years old when the TV show started. I don’t remember what it was like before.”
The brunette beauty also claimed that her storylines on KUWTK are real, but calls stories about her father "bullshit." She dodged questions about him, but clearly maintains a close relationship, calling him up after her frightening brush with a crush of fans and paparazzi.
So...who's going to call and warn him about these racy photos? [GQ]
