Glee star Lea
Michele has a lot to celebrate in 2015 — from her role in Scream Queens to her new boyfriend, Matthew Paetz. After some pretty
tough years, which included the death of her Glee co-star and real-life boyfriend Cory Monteith in 2013, it's
nice to see Michele smiling once again.
Over the weekend, Michele celebrated the one-year anniversary of meeting Paetz; the two met on the set of her video "On My Way," began
dating in June, and moved in together last September. Michele posted photos on Instagram of a celebratory dinner with video director Hannah Lux Davis, Brandon Bonfiglio, and Paetz — plus a cute snap of the couple themselves.
Glee took its
final bow on March 20, 2015. After wrapping, Michele posted a photo of herself walking off the lot carrying the football jersey Monteith wore on the show.
Meanwhile, Scream
Queens will kick off this fall. Ryan Murphy's latest horror concoction stars Michele, Emma Roberts, Keke Palmer, Abigail Breslin, Oliver Hudson,
Ariana Grande, Nick Jonas, and the OG Halloween
scream queen, Jamie Lee Curtis. Before a PaleyFest panel, Michele divulged, "My
character is very different than
anything you've ever seen me do before. You won't see me or Rachel Berry
anywhere in there, I can assure you of that." (E!)
