It's only been a day since Ariana Grande and Big Sean's reps confirmed to Us Weekly that the couple had called it quits, but the "Break Free" singer has already released a message to her fans: She's doing just fine.
"I love you babes so much. You're a bunch of angels honestly. your love/care is appreciated so much. i'm good i promise," Grande wrote her 28 million followers in a tweet, which has since been deleted. The pint-sized songstress spent the day of the breakup announcement on set with Scream Queens costars Lea Michele, Emma Roberts, and Abigail Breslin — all while her fans sent her messages of support and adoration from the social media sidelines.
Big Sean has so far stayed mum on the subject, but seems to be mirroring Grande's get-over-it arc: He dove into work as well. The "Blessings" rapper played Pictionary with Jimmy Fallon, LL Cool J, and Rose Byrne on The Tonight Show yesterday. He even took the game with a stick-figure style illustration of arm wrestling.
While the former flames' reps claim the couple parted amicably, we're still waiting for the melancholy to kick in. Those two were canoodling like senior prom dates at the Grammys only a couple months back, remember?
They may be handling things maturely, but we aren't ready for their relationship to be over. Oh well. At least we'll always have "Right There" to remember them by.
