According to Trulia, she's selling the property for $2.2 million — which is practically chump change in the celebrity real estate world. But, one peek inside proves that it has all the makings of a truly stunning abode. It boasts three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, and is set on a half-acre lot. And, yes — it has all of the Deschanel-worthy character you'd expect from the actress. Fun fact: She originally bought the house from Mark Ruffalo back in 2009. So, which celeb will be the next to snap up the charming cottage? Only time will tell.
