Is Sean Penn Selling His $6.55 Million Bachelor Pad For Charlize?

We won’t pretend to know what’s really going on in Sean Penn and Charlize Theron’s personal life. (Are they actually engaged? Did they file paperwork so he could adopt her son, Jackson?) But, we do know that the couple could be purchasing a new home together. The L.A. Times reports that the Academy Award-winning actor just put his $6.55 million dollar Mailbu home on the market.

Whether or not this will end in the kind of love story that proves bad boys do change is still to be seen. But, there is certainly some good real estate sleuthing to be had in the mean time. Some details: Acoording to the LAT, the mansion is situated on a 1.4-acre lot and has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, plus a yard anyone would lust after. There is a swimming pool, gardens, and a beautiful lawn, plus room for 10 cars. Oh, and did we mention Penn's on the same block as Gwyneth Paltrow? Well, was. Only time where tell where he (and Charlize?) end up next.
