We're taught many lessons throughout childhood, and while it can be difficult to remember all of them, some like, "Don't talk to strangers," or "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all," seem to stick. Except, that is, if you're Drake Bell. When the world was introduced to Caitlyn Jenner on Monday, praise, support, and admiration of her courage were common reactions. Fans and family members alike expressed their excitement for Jenner, while she exuded confidence. However, a few celebs made extremely offensive comments. Bell led the pack when he tweeted "Sorry...still calling you Bruce," in response to Jenner's debut in the recent Vanity Fair cover story. Soon after, people on Twitter fired back at Bell for his thoughtless and extremely inappropriate comment.

Bell deleted his tweet, and then proceeded to have a change of heart. "That's bravery!" he wrote. The attempt to protect himself didn't stop there. "I'm not dissing him! I just don't want ot forget his legacy" he wrote. But, critics weren't buying it.
Bell, who used to star in Nickelodeon's Drake & Josh has since deleted all of his tweets regarding Jenner. Perhaps he remembered the age-old lesson after all. (CNN)
