Taylor Swift seemed positively aglow in Los Angeles last night. Maybe she was still basking the love of over 1.7 million likes (and counting) after ‘gramming her first ever pic of herself and boyfriend Calvin Harris — both frolicking in a pool with a ginormous inflatable swan, no less. So clearly, a girl bonding sesh with new #squad member Serayah (a.k.a. Tiana from Empire) was in order as a follow-up outing. To counterbalance her pal’s minimalist black and white color palette, Swift opted for a summery pastel ensemble and yet another leg — but not belly button — baring silhouette, too.

The “Bad Blood” singer elevated a simple white crop top look with a satin-trimmed textured tank by Rag & Bone and paired it with a structured baby blue miniskirt. Her go-to neutral Miu Miu platform strappy sandals elongated her already mile-long legs. (Black heels or darker heels would have seemed too heavy.) Taylor’s small salmon pink Roger Vivier handbag — carried on the forearm in the singer's signature ladylike fashion — brought a deeper hue into the overall summer palette, but didn’t clash or distract. And, smart girl that she is, Taylor prepared for excessive air conditioning with a light, neutral crochet knit sweater, just in case.
