It’s pretty much common knowledge that Emma Stone is no diva, especially when it comes to her day-to-day dress. She’s not one of those oft-photographed starlets or street style dignitaries who wouldn’t be caught dead in the same outfit twice. Not Emma: The Aloha star carried the hell out of her brown leather Madewell backpack last year (who needs a Birkin?) and — yes, just like us — wears her worn-in blue denim jacket with everything.
We can't blame her. The topper is cute and versatile, plus the double-button detail lends it a subtle but unique touch that distinguishes it from the sea of seasonal jean jackets. The last time we spotted Emma in it, she was wearing the jacket over a white lace T-shirt and her trusty black skinny jeans with Joie slides. This time, she changed things up only slightly by layering it over a silky black top matched with the aforementioned black skinnies. The worn-in, mid-wash blue lightened up her otherwise dark and moody ensemble.
