Ryan Reynolds found that out the hard way after Blake Lively shared a rare photo of him posing with daughter James for Father's Day. It's a cute pic, but there's one problem: Daddy's not wearing his baby carrier the right way, apparently.

"Poor baby looks so uncomfortable and unsafe," reads one comment. "Please have hot hubby read the instruction manual."
