Cory Monteith may be gone, but he's far from forgotten. The late actor's on- and off-screen girlfriend, Lea Michele, is remembering her former love on the second anniversary of his death with a touching Instagram tribute.
"I know you would want us all laughing and smiling today," the actress captioned a photo of Monteith behind the wheel, "so we think of you and remember all the laughter and joy we shared together. I hold you in my heart always and love and miss you so."
The Glee stars were dating when the actor suffered a fatal accidental overdose in his native Canada. He was 31 at the time.
Though Michele has found new love with boyfriend Matthew Paetz, she has clearly kept Monteith in her thoughts. She has posted similar tributes to the late star on his birthdays, and on the first anniversary of his death.
