The Kardashian and Jenner kids weren't the only ones showing major love for Caitlyn Jenner last night. The former Olympian gave an emotional speech as she accepted the Arthur Ashe Award for Courage at the ESPY Awards. In addition to her own personal achievements, Jenner touched on the transgender community's struggle to be recognized and respected.
"If there's one thing I do know in my life, it's the power of the spotlight," Jenner said of the media attention her own transition has received. "With attention comes responsibility."
Her words struck a chord with many high-profile fans. Transgender actress Laverne Cox was among the first to cheer Jenner on, but the reality star received positive feedback from all corners.
