Fun fact: Should the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air be unable to perform his dancing duties, a replacement will be made available. That replacement? The Fresh Prince of Memphis, Mr. Justin Timberlake.
Turns out JT has all the moves. The singer was competing in the American Century Celebrity Golf Tournament in Lake Tahoe, CA on Friday when he ran into Alfonso Ribeiro. The actor is best known for playing stuffy Carlton Banks opposite Will Smith on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, so Timberlake paid tribute the best way he knew how: joining him in an elbow-wagging rendition of the Carlton dance. The golfing outfits really just make it all so adorably nerdy.
Alas, The Hollywood Reporter notes that the pair were boogying to one of Timberlake's own songs, rather than Tom Jones' "It's Not Unusual." We'll deduct a couple of points for accuracy, but otherwise it's all epic. Not since Rodney Dangerfield in Caddyshack has anyone torn it up on the green so good.
