Granted, older sister Kendall Jenner and family friend Gigi Hadid have preferred stiletto heels as their air-travel footwear of late. But in a change of pace, Kylie Jenner threw it back to the old school as she landed at LAX, looking all comfy and cozy in a pair of flat sneakers. Of course, she's had an insanely busy week celebrating her 18th birthday, starting with a low-key family dinner in Los Angeles, which segued into a night out at the club, a joyride around town in a shiny new Ferrari and finally a sun-soaked trip to Mexico with her BFFs. So who can blame the now-official adult for wanting to luxuriate in comfort?

For an easy-chic airplane look, Kylie opted for a light gray minidress by Minkpink, which also proved to be functional for the flight. The long sleeves, high neck and knit texture probably combated that frosty in-flight air-con. (But hopefully the youngest Jenner scored one of those coveted blankets that are always in short supply.) Her black-striped Adidas Superstar sneakers and studded aviator shades matched the sportswear-cool vibe of the dress. But then Kylie elevated the look — and maybe toted her airplane snacks — in a mini Hermès Birkin bag.
