Nicki Minaj Shuts Down Haters: “Can’t I Just Enjoy Amazing Moments?”

Never one to mince words, Nicki Minaj had some choice comments for Instagram users blowing up her ponytail spot over the weekend. Here's what went down: The singer shared a number of photos of herself — looking gorgeous in a red dress with her hair pulled up — along with family members at the wedding of her older brother.

Because this is the Digital Age, and Minaj is a Queen Bee of social media, she posted the pics to her Instagram account. Pretty much immediately, the images began garnering comments, including more than a few that called the "Anaconda" artist's look less than flattering. Instead of letting the trolling go, Minaj decided to take it by the horns, posting photos of the haters on her own account and calling them out for critiquing her chosen look. "She dissin me," she wrote on at least one. "She said she don't like my hair," the rapper quipped on another. Since then, Minaj has taken the shame-on-you posts down. But she didn't let the subject go, following up with the tweets below.

As for us, we think this is one of those Thumper rule moments: If you don't have anything nice to say...probably best to keep your trap shut.
