We may be a little biased here, but we think that Halloween is all about the makeup. What's a good costume if you don't have the face to match it? But, it's kind of ridiculous to go out and drop triple-digit dollars on something you may never use again.
The answer? Budget yo' self! So, that's exactly what we did. Armed with $30 each, we set ourselves loose in some of our favorite beauty stores. The challenge was simple: Come up with a costume that's all about the makeup. And, if we do say so ourselves, we did pretty well.
