Which Dynamic Duo Should Host The 2016 Oscars?

David Hill, who will produce the 2016 Oscars with Reginald Hudlin, tells Entertainment Weekly that this year's Academy Awards will have two hosts. Now, this idea hasn't always gone down that well in the past. Remember when James Franco and Anne Hathaway teamed up to host the 2011 ceremony? Franco appeared to be high on something the entire time. Whenever the pair took the stage, the actor stood there with his head cocked to the side, grinning like a fool. Hathaway overcompensated for his taciturn behavior by talking too much and too loudly. Needless to say, these 2011 Oscar hosts are not remembered fondly.
Other past hosting pairs included Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin in 2010, but the gig is usually a solo one. Hill wouldn't tell EW who he had in mind for the 2016 hosting spots, but he did say that, "Two is better than one. Just imagine, you’re in there. One of your hosts drops dead from cardiac arrest. What do you do? Second host goes on! And you keep going. … Note to self. Check out their heart rates.”
That last part was hopefully a joke. Since the producer left the positions open for now, we decided to do a little brainstorming and come up with some luminaries who could do the job. (Entertainment Weekly)
