The Converse sneaker's cool-factor isn't a new thing — fashion-girls, musicians, and just about every other personality has been wearing them into to the ground for decades. Lately, sneakers have become the shoe of choice, but it's not just limited to the classics anymore. "Ugly" variations, like Nike's Huarache, new brands like Native Shoes, and Adidas' valiant return have all threatened to knock Converse off its thrown as the It sneaker, which might explain its efforts to make waves with the new All Star Chuck II. Fortunately for the brand, if the Adam Selman runway was any indication, the timeless low top might just be making a comeback come spring.

Platform espadrille Converse also made an appearance at the show, but the effortlessness of the classic All Star somehow outshined the more statement-making pairs. Shown with everything from denim dresses and matching sets to flowing jumpsuits, the looks confirmed that a white-on-white sneaker can go with pretty much anything — and make it look 10 times cooler, too.
