There's been some stiff competition, but we're ready to call it: Ellen Page and Samantha Thomas are the cutest couple of the Toronto International Film Festival.
Page, who came out as a lesbian in 2014, brought her artist/surfer girlfriend to the TIFF premiere of her new film, Freeheld, last night. The event marked the couple's first official outing as a couple, though the two have been spotted walking around New York City. Thomas has also been featured on Page's Instagram feed.
Page had a simple reason for making her relationship red carpet-official.
"I'm in love," the Canadian actress told E! News. "Walking down the carpet holding my girlfriend's hand is pretty special. It's pretty awesome."
Swoon. The happy pair also partied with Ruby Rose at the event, who quipped about their coordinated outfits.
