Children of the '80s and '90s, do we have a treat for you on this fine fall day. This is not a trick. But that was a Halloween pun. #Sorrynotsorry. Remember when you used to turn on Disney about two decades back and there would be awesomely cheesy made-for-TV movies for your young mind's enjoyment? Well, one of our very favorites has popped up again — just in time for pumpkin carving season. Kimberly J. Brown, who played the original lead in Halloweentown, announced this week that she'll be a participant in the Spirit of Halloweentown festival. Yay! What is that? You ask. The fest — held in St. Helens, Oregon, where the original movie was made, every October — celebrates all the fabulousness of the film by re-creating it in the streets of the town. Obviously, there is always a gigantic jack-o-lantern. Having Brown there to reprise her role as Marnie will be an especially authentic treat — check out her announcement below. And real fans: Start booking your airline tickets. You're going to want to see this in person.
