Michael Kors Makes “Going-Out” Sneakers That Are Actually Super-Cute

If you had told us five years ago that our favorite pair of shoes would be a pair of sneakers, we would have told you to go home because you were obviously drunk. But — lo and behold — our go-to shoes these days do include our sneaker wedges, our fashion-forward running shoes, and our textured, printed slip-ons.

And, the new sneaker collection from Michael Kors is sort of like a greatest hits of our favorite styles — all of which are represented in this cute film featuring Karmen Pedaru, directed by Poppy de Villeneuve, and styled by Lawren Howell.

While we're big sneaker heads, we never realized it made sense to wear sneakers to that wide a variety of situations. Running daytime errands in the city and taking a day trip to the beach? Sure. But leave it to Michael Kors to convince us that five-drinks-in, table-top-dancing-with-your-BFF is a sneaker occasion, as well. Check out the video below and shop the styles here.
