All Your Next Sheer Shirt Purchases Are In Mociun’s Fall 2011 Lookbook

Caitlin Mociun has made a name for herself and her eponymous line thanks to her radical prints (don’t think we forgot about 2009’s uber-detailed space scene). But Ms. Mociun is using her fall '11 collection—inspired by “shelters, mazes, ceremonies, and rituals,"—to prove that there’s more up her tastefully decorated sleeves. She is also an expert at crafting cool-but-wearable dresses and the perfect sheer shirt done just about any way you like it. There’s something like a ghostly meeting of the spirits, a patchwork of multicolored dots and lines, and a shaded 3-D shape collage that we suspect is a high-concept cheese plate. Happily, these prints adorn almost all of Mociun’s pieces, from leggings to just-below-the-knee skirts to—you guessed it— shapely sheer tops. We call dibs on everything!
